Struction Projects is a custom residential and commercial general contractor located on the North Shore of Vancouver.
We specialize in custom new build homes and unique commercial projects in the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky areas. We enjoy taking on challenging projects where collaboration between the owner, consultants, and the construction team is vital. Out-of-the-box ideas and visions are something the Struction Projects team will always embrace and make every effort to see through to reality. Our pre-construction services include detailed budgeting, planning, and coordination with the project team. During construction, our team works closely with owners, project consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget, all while maintaining high quality and transparency throughout the whole process.
Owner Chad McPhee has 30 years of construction experience building custom homes and unique and complex commercial projects. He is a Red Seal certified Carpenter and holds a BCIT diploma in Civil and Structural engineering. Prior to starting Struction Projects Inc, he worked as a Project Manager at PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. for 17 years. Chad is customer-focused and will ensure the Struction Projects team remains flexible and attentive to the needs of the end-user.
Sarah McPhee brings 15 years of project management experience to the Struction Projects team, with a strong focus on interior design, details, and trends. She believes the success of a project lies not only in the overall vision but also in the careful attention paid to the small details that bring a space to life. Working closely with the team and trades, she ensures every element is thoughtfully executed and integrated into the project. Sarah’s collaborative approach helps projects move seamlessly from planning through to completion.
